We started consulting a few unicorn start-ups and companies overseas in December 2020 as a one-member team. We gradually believed in providing value addition and that made us gradually build a brilliant team by providing knowledge and skill training making every team member efficient and enabling them to work independently that has made us into a 16-member team by the end of 2023. Our vision is to be a trusted partner to our clients across the globe, in helping them unlock the greatest benefits of outsourcing specialized areas such as accounting, regulatory compliance, budgeting, internal reporting, and other domains, with no time and location barriers.
Our team comes with rich experience in industry and consulting across various domains and provides specialized advisory services on critical accounting, regulatory, and other strategic matters.

Chockalingam VR
Co-Founder & Director
He is a Qualified chartered accountant with 9+years of experience. Now, he is into consulting for 2+years, supporting clients on preparation of financial statements as per GAAP (Indian, US and IFRS)and IFRS), consolidated financial statements for statutory and MIS purposes, impairment testing of CGUs, technical accounting advisory, audit co ordination to close audit of complex entities with Big4 audit firms, consulting CFO of start ups (early stage technology companies) and book keeping and MIS support for overseas clients.
Earlier, he was working with Infosys for 6+ years involved in consolidated financial reporting of Infosys for publishing quarterly and annual results both in Ind AS and IFRS.
Archana L Rao
Technical Expert
She is a Qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and a Certified Public Accountant- U.S (Awaiting License) with 12+years of industry experience in accounting, reporting and M&A segments. Archana’s experience includes long stints in top India and global companies in IT services and e-commerce industries.

Archana’s domain expertise comprises GAAP compliance under Indian GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS and U.S.GAAP. In her industry experience, Archana has handled areas such as set up of processes, systems and control, book keeping, liaising with statutory auditors, accounting for complex M&A transactions and MIS reporting to senior management.
PL Kamala
Consulting Expert
She is a qualified chartered accountant with 9+years of experience. She handles complex GST litigations and also works with retail chain and service industry as consulting CFO , book keeping and statutory compliance assignments.
Earlier, she was working with Deloitte for 3+ years and was involved in GST consulting, GST impact study and was a lead in implementing GST for complex retail entities and banks.

She has also been a contributor to a leading publication on GST – “A complete perspective by Deloitte published by CCH”.
She is also a skilled GST Trainer.
